Billing Help

This page explains how SirensVoid handles billing questions, payment support, recurring plans, disputes, and account charge issues. Billing disputes are reviewed by the platform, not privately between users.

Recurring plans

If a service is sold as a recurring plan, it renews automatically until cancelled. You should review the plan details shown at purchase time, including price, billing period, and renewal terms. Future paid vault subscriptions or creator access plans, when enabled, will follow these billing rules.

Refund and dispute review

SirensVoid reviews refund and dispute requests directly. If a refund is approved for misleading, unavailable, empty, or not-delivered-as-described content, the platform may reverse the transaction and deduct the amount from the creator or vault holder balance, or from future earnings once those systems are live.

What to include in a billing request

  • Your account email or username.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A short explanation of the issue.
  • Any receipt or transaction reference if available.
