1. Using SirensVoid

You must use SirensVoid lawfully and follow platform rules, moderation rules, age-gate rules, and safety requirements.

You are responsible for your account, profile, uploads, messages, groups, subscriptions, and activity done through your access.

2. User content

You keep ownership of your content, but you give SirensVoid permission to host, process, display, moderate, preserve, and distribute it as needed to run the service and keep people safe.

You confirm you have the rights needed to upload what you post.

3. Moderation and enforcement

SirensVoid may review, hide, remove, restrict, preserve, or report content or accounts for safety, abuse prevention, fraud, moderation, or legal compliance.

Private messages, groups, and expiring content are not exempt from trust and safety review where necessary.

4. Age-gated content

You must be 18 or over to access any adult or age-gated area. Illegal sexual content, exploitative content, non-consensual content, or anything involving minors is strictly prohibited.

5. Billing and cancellations

Paid services, subscriptions, billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the Billing Help, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy pages. SirensVoid reviews refund and billing disputes directly. Users should not arrange payment disputes privately with other users.
