Refund Policy
SirensVoid handles refund requests directly. Refunds are not arranged privately between users. Digital services, credits, boosts, memberships, and future creator access features such as paid vault access or subscription-only areas are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where SirensVoid approves a refund after review.
When a refund may be considered
- Duplicate charges or accidental repeat billing.
- Unauthorized transactions reported promptly.
- Technical failure that prevented the paid service from being delivered.
- Content that was unavailable, empty, misleading, or not delivered as described.
- Other situations where a refund is required by law.
How approved refunds are handled
If SirensVoid approves a refund, the platform may reverse the transaction and deduct the refunded amount from the creator or vault holder balance. If there is not enough balance available, the amount may be deducted from future earnings once those systems are live.
When a refund will usually not be given
- Used subscriptions or access periods that were already delivered as described.
- Consumed credits, boosts, tips, or similar digital purchases.
- Refund requests made after unreasonable delay without evidence of a billing problem.
- Attempts to avoid valid charges after successful access was provided.
Account violations
Accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal content, illegal activity, or serious platform rule violations may be restricted, suspended, or permanently banned. Accounts banned for serious violations are not eligible for refunds except where required by law.

Email support@sirensvoid.com or use Support / Contact. Include the email used, the charge date, amount, and a short explanation of what happened.
Chargebacks
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact us first so we can review and try to resolve the issue quickly before a chargeback is raised.
